Mobile Ticketing Guide
Game tickets for Griffins fans are available in a mobile format that can be displayed on smartphones! This not only provides a safe and contactless way to access tickets but also makes it easier to share them with friends, family, and coworkers. To help you prepare for your next Griffins game, we have put together this list of answers to the most frequently asked questions we receive before game day. If, after reviewing the guide, you have any questions or concerns before attending a Griffins game this season, please email us at customerservice@griffinshockey.com. Please note that all policies Griffins and arena policies are subject to change.
Tickets for Griffins games can be easily purchased in multiple ways. If you prefer in-person transactions, you can visit The Zone, the Griffins team store, conveniently located on the west (Ottawa Street) side of Van Andel Arena. Open Tue-Sat from 11 a.m.-4 p.m., The Zone not only sells single-game Griffins tickets but also provides assistance with season ticket member paper ticket exchanges, FLEX vouchers, and Reading Goal redemptions.
If you have any other ticketing needs or prefer to inquire over the phone, please contact the Griffins office at 616.774.4585 ext. 1. Alternatively, you can visit the Griffins Box Office, which is open on game nights only, starting 90 minutes before the game's start time. The Griffins Box Office is located inside the Van Andel Arena lobby.
Van Andel Arena has adopted a No Bag Policy, permitting no bags, backpacks, or purses, other than those required for medical or parenting needs, into the venue. Small clutches no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" x 2" will be permitted. Bags in the medical/essential category will be screened by security personnel. Guests with parenting/medical bags must enter through the ADA/Box Office entrance, located on the far west side of the main entrance of the building, to undergo additional security screening.
The No Bag Policy reduces contact between guests and security staff by eliminating the need to search for these items. This is part of ongoing efforts to promote a contact-free experience. This policy is subject to change based on event policy.

DoorDash mobile ordering is now available for pickup at Van Andel Arena.
Van Andel Arena has partnered with DoorDash for mobile order pickup at our concession stands! Download the DoorDash app, order food and drinks while in your seat, then skip the line and pay no fees.
How it works:
- Open the app inside Van Andel Arena or click here to browse menus and order ahead.
- Receive a notification when your order is ready, and head to the designated DoorDash pickup line to receive your order!

If you are seating in the lower bowl, the seat cushions are 17 inches wide, while the backrests are 22 inches tall. In the upper bowl, the seat cushions are 18 inches wide and the backrests are 20.5 inches tall.
