GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Grand Rapids Griffins have announced their promotional schedule for the 2026-27 season, featuring a number of giveaways and the return of many popular season-long promotions. Single-game tickets for each of the team’s 36 regular-season home games at Van Andel Arena will go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, Sept. 9 at griffinshockey.com/tickets.

The Griffins will launch the home portion of their 72-game slate on Friday, Oct. 9 against the Manitoba Moose with the Home Opener presented by Huntington Bank. Promotions for the home opener include a magnet schedule giveaway, a postgame open skate and $3 beers/hot dogs.

Grand Rapids’ other giveaways this season include a Crayola kids tumbler (Oct. 18), team calendar (Oct. 23), Super Griff bobblehead (Oct. 24), military t-shirt (Nov. 6), Hot Wheels car (Nov. 29), trainer trucker hat (Dec. 19), Griffins building block set (Jan. 9), 2017 Calder Cup commemorative poster (Jan. 16), and a Wizards scarf (Feb. 27).

The popular Friday night beer and hot dog promotion returns for all Friday home games this season, featuring $3 hot dogs and $3 domestic drafts from 6-8 p.m., while supplies last. Fans can get even more value from Saturdays with the Griffins through the Friends & Family Ticket Pack presented by Morning Belle, featuring tickets starting at just $24 and $5 in concession cash per ticket. Fans can also take advantage of the Family Meal Deal, featuring four hot dogs, four fries and four sodas for just $32. Together, the two offers provide added value for families and friends spending a Saturday night with the Griffins at Van Andel Arena.

Several other recurring promotions will be available throughout the Griffins’ schedule, including eight Winning Wednesdays, three post-game open skates and five post-game jersey auctions. The jersey auctions are set to include the Military Appreciation jersey (Nov. 6), The Salvation Army Red Kettle jersey (Dec. 18), Sensory & Support jersey (Jan. 31), Wizards jersey (Feb. 27), and Van Andel Institute Purple Community Game jersey (March 19). 

Fans can sign up for the Griffins Nation newsletters to receive early access to various ticket pre-sale opportunities starting next week. Griffins tickets can be purchased through the following methods (all purchases subject to a convenience charge):

Advance ticket prices start at $24 for Upper Level Crease, $26 for Upper Level Faceoff, $29 for Upper Level Center Ice, $30 for Upper Level Preferred, $31 for Upper Level Prime and $33 for Upper Level Edge; and $32 for Lower Level Faceoff, $36 for Lower Level Center Ice, $42 for Lower Level Preferred and $59 for Lower Level Glass. (Additional $4 per ticket on game day.)

On game night, tickets may be purchased without a convenience charge at the Van Andel Arena box office, beginning 90 minutes before puck drop. Fans who attend multiple games can avoid charges and receive a discount from the single-game price by purchasing a 10- or 20-game select season package. Military Nights: Every home game, current members of our military can purchase up to four Upper Level Faceoff or Crease tickets for $16 each, four Upper Level Center Ice tickets for $19 each or four Lower Level Faceoff tickets for $23 each with a valid military ID. The offer also extends to veterans who present a VA ID or discharge papers. 

College Discount: College students can buy online using their school .edu email address or show their ID at every Friday game to purchase an Upper Level Faceoff or Crease ticket for $16, an Upper Level Center Ice ticket for $19, or a Lower Level Faceoff ticket for $23. Winning Wednesdays: Presented by Gun Lake Casino and Resort, every time the Griffins win at home on Wednesday, each fan in attendance will receive a free ticket to the next Wednesday game. To redeem a Winning Wednesday ticket, please visit the box office following the Winning Wednesday game, The Zone during normal business hours, or the Van Andel Arena box office prior to the next Wednesday game beginning at 5:30 p.m. Fans who exchange their Winning Wednesday ticket at The Zone on a non-game day will receive 20% off the purchase of one regular price item (excluding CCM jerseys). One discount per person present. The first 1,000 fans in attendance on Wednesday games will also receive a free t-shirt courtesy of Gun Lake Casino and Resort.

Library Nights: For all Wednesday and Sunday games, fans can present their Grand Rapids Public Library card or Kent District Library card at the Van Andel Arena box office on the night of the game or at The Zone anytime during the store’s regular business hours to purchase an Upper Level Faceoff ticket for $22 (regularly $28), an Upper Level Center Ice ticket for $25 (regularly $31), or a Lower Level Faceoff ticket for $28 (regularly $34). Pepsi Reading Goals: Children with Griff’s Reading Goals bookmarks who have completed the required three hours of reading can redeem their bookmark for two free Upper Level tickets to any of the following games: Bookmark #1 – Oct. 18, Nov. 4, Nov. 27, and Nov. 29; Bookmark #2 – Jan. 10, Jan. 31, March 3, and March 24.

Postgame Open Skates: Bring your skates to the rink and take to the ice for a postgame open skate on Oct. 9, Dec. 31 and April 2. As a reminder, Van Andel Arena has a no-bag policy, but security will allow fans to use bags to bring in their skates.
