
2024-25 Player in Review: Ondrej Becher
Center Ondrej Becher skated in his rookie AHL season with the Griffins, making his debut on Nov. 3 at Cleveland. Becher earned his first AHL point with an assist on Nov. 16 at Milwaukee and scored his first AHL goal on Nov. 24 against Iowa. The 21-year-old showed 20 points (10-10—20), eight penalty minutes and a minus-15 rating in 59 regular-season games. He then added two appearances in the Calder Cup Playoffs, making his postseason debut on April 29 against Texas. During the regular season, Becher ranked among the team’s rookie leaders in goals (T2nd), assists (4th), points (4th), power-play goals (4, T1st), and power-play assists (4, 3rd).
