1 – Hicketts’ first goal of the season tied the game with 1:17 remaining in a 5-4 shootout win over the Milwaukee Admirals on Dec. 15. He also provided fireworks on New Year’s Eve, banking the game-winner with 4:44 left in regulation against the Rockford IceHogs.

2 – He notched a season-high two points on two occasions, contributing two assists on both Nov. 4 at Cleveland and on Feb. 22 vs. Texas.

5 – Hicketts recorded a career-high five-game assist and point streak from Feb. 20-March 6, collecting six points (0-6—6) in that span. His previous career bests were a two-game assist streak and a three-game point streak.

11 – Hicketts’ third season as a pro was bookended with NHL games. He began the season with the Red Wings, skating in eight games from Oct. 4-22, and then concluded the campaign in Detroit, playing in the team’s final three games.
