Dan DeVos

Dan DeVos is the co-owner, CEO and governor of the Grand Rapids Griffins. A Grand Rapids native, Dan has guided the Griffins franchise from its West Michigan debut in 1996, through its Calder Cup championships in 2013 and 2017, and now into its 29th season in 2024-25.
In addition, Dan is the owner of West Michigan’s first women’s major league sports team, the Grand Rapids Rise, who reached the finals of the inaugural Pro Volleyball Federation season last year. Dan also serves as chairman of the Orlando Magic and is a member of the NBA Board of Governors. He leads the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation as the organization’s chairman.
Dan serves as chairman and CEO of DP Fox Ventures LLC, an organization founded in 1993 by Dan and his wife, Pamella. DP Fox is a diversified management company with interests in real estate, fashion, transportation, sports and entertainment. He is also a member of the board of directors at Amway, the world’s largest direct selling company.
Dan is involved in many philanthropic efforts through his work with the Daniel and Pamella DeVos Foundation, which supports nonprofit organizations focused on the arts, education and community. He serves on the board of trustees for Hope Network Foundation and Northwood University, his alma mater, in Midland, Michigan. Dan also is a vice chair of the Grand Valley University Foundation.
Dan and Pamella have two daughters and one son, and live in West Michigan.
