TWO SCHEDULE CHANGES ANNOUNCED
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League on Friday announced two changes to their 2007-08 schedule.
A road game against the Rochester Americans originally scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 18 has been moved to Sunday, Feb. 10 at the request of the host team. Faceoff remains at 6:05 p.m.
In addition, the start time for the Friday, Dec. 7 home game against the Syracuse Crunch has been changed to 6:30 p.m. from 7 p.m., to accommodate a Calvin vs. Hope college hockey game that will follow the Griffins contest.
Group tickets and mini-plans are now on sale along with 2007-08 full-season ticket packages, which feature substantially lower prices and an array of new benefits. Fans who purchase a full-season ticket will save an average of 33 percent off the single-game ticket price and an average of more than $160 off the cost of last year’s full-season packages. For more information, go to griffinshockey.com or call the Griffins office at (616) 774-4585.
Single-game tickets will go on sale to the public later this month.
