OH SAY, CAN YOU CECI?
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League on Thursday signed goaltender John Ceci to a two-way contract with the Muskegon Lumberjacks and assigned him to the International Hockey League club.
Ceci, 25, made his pro debut during the 2007-08 campaign, appearing in 23 games between Fresno (ECHL), Las Vegas (ECHL) and Laredo (CHL). The King City, Ontario, native will be available to make his IHL debut on Friday when Muskegon hosts the Bloomington Prairie Thunder at 7 p.m.
