GRIFFINS' ROSTER SHRINKS BY THREE
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Grand Rapids Griffins of the American Hockey League on Tuesday released left wing Neil Clark from his professional tryout, assigned defenseman Cleve Kinley to the ECHL's Texas Wildcatters, and assigned left wing Mike Walsh to the ECHL's Dayton Bombers.
Kinley played in the Griffins’ 3-2 win at Lake Erie last Saturday, while Walsh and Clark were healthy scratches and had yet to see action.
Grand Rapids will travel to Manitoba to face the Moose this Thursday and Saturday. Faceoff each night will be 8:30 p.m. EDT.
