GRIFFINS PROMOTE ERWIN, WELCOME LAW TO STAFF
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Grand Rapids Griffins on Wednesday announced the promotion of Chad Erwin to director of ticket operations and the hiring of Jamie Law as a corporate sales account manager.
Erwin joined the Griffins in 2007 as a ticket sales and services intern while attending Grand Valley State University. Upon graduating with a hospitality and tourism management degree in 2009, the Lapeer, Mich., native accepted a full-time position as group services and box office manager. In his new role, Erwin will oversee the Griffins’ ticket operations for all games.
Law joins the Griffins’ staff after serving the last eight months in the Chicago Bulls’ ticket sales department. The Bay City, Mich., native earned a business administration degree in 2009 from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where she played on the women’s hockey team in 2005-06. Law will be responsible for selling and identifying opportunities for corporate accounts.
