Time: 7 p.m. at Van Andel Arena (doors open at 6 p.m. for the general public, 5:45 p.m. for season-ticket holders). 

Magnet Schedule Giveaway: 5,000 fans will receive a magnet schedule courtesy of Huntington Bank upon departure.

Home Opener Intros: Fans are encouraged to arrive early to their seats to enjoy a special pregame show that includes an introduction of the entire roster. 

$3 Beers and $3 Hot Dogs: Every Friday, enjoy $3 domestic drafts and $3 hot dogs from 6-8 p.m., while supplies last. The $3 promotions for both beer and hot dogs will be served at stand 1 in the lobby, stand 5 at BC Pizza, and at the Hops & Vines stand located next to section 120. In addition, fans can find $3 beers at Cattle Vally, outside sections 104, 108, 121 and 122, and next to the skywalk. Fans can find $3 hot dogs at stands 3 and 8 at the Akker Brothers and stand 7 at Cutwater (stands are subject to change).

Postgame Open Skate: Bring your skates to the rink and take to the ice for a postgame open skate. As a reminder, Van Andel Arena has a no-bag policy, but security will allow fans to use bags to bring in their skates.

College Discount: College students can buy online using their school .edu email address or show their ID at every Friday game to purchase an Upper Level Faceoff or Crease ticket for $16, an Upper Level Center Ice ticket for $19, or a Lower Level Faceoff ticket for $23. Jake Engel Memorial Dog Game presented by Nestlé Purina

Time: 4 p.m. at Van Andel Arena (doors open at 3 p.m. for the general public, 2:45 p.m. for season-ticket holders).  

Jake Engel Memorial Dog Game presented by Nestlé Purina: Bring your dog to Van Andel Arena for a night of fun with the Griffins. Outside of section 120, fans can receive pup cups and photo opportunities with their dog. Those bringing dogs must purchase tickets within the designated dog sections (110, 112, 114, 116, 118, 120, 210 and 220). Dog tickets are priced at $5 (plus fees). Upon entering through the season ticket member entrance in the main lobby, dog owners must sign and submit a waiver form (lobby check in) and only one dog per fan is permitted (dogs must remain on a leash). Outdoor relief stations will be located on the southeast and southwest corners of the arena. Click here to buy your tickets and to learn more about the game.

Griffins Sunday Scoops and Savings: Sundays just got a whole lot sweeter. Save $4 per ticket when you buy 3 or more through this offer. During 4 p.m. Sunday games at Van Andel Arena this season, fans can enjoy $1 ice cream cups and small sodas from 3-5 p.m.

Library Nights: For all Wednesday and Sunday games, fans can present their Grand Rapids Public Library card or Kent District Library card at the Van Andel Arena box office on the night of the game or at The Zone anytime during the store’s regular business hours to purchase an Upper Level Faceoff ticket for $22 (regularly $28), an Upper Level Center Ice ticket for $25 (regularly $31), or a Lower Level Faceoff ticket for $28 (regularly $34). Limit four tickets per card per person, subject to availability.
