Defenseman William Wallinder skated in his second full season with the Griffins and fifth year as a professional. The 22-year-old showed career-high numbers in assists (17) and points (19) to go along with two goals, 10 penalty minutes and a minus-four rating in 62 regular-season games. He then added three appearances in the Calder Cup Playoffs with a minus-three rating. During the regular season, Wallinder ranked among the team’s defensemen leaders in points (T3rd), assists (3rd) and goals (T4th).
