Goaltender Michael Hutchinson competed in his first season with the Griffins and 14th year as a professional, compiling a 14-14-3 ledger with two shutouts to go along with a 2.89 goals-against average and an .892 save percentage in 32 games. He also suited up for one contest with the Detroit Red Wings and made 33 saves in a 3-2 defeat to the New Jersey Devils.
