Itinerary for Sunday, Nov. 30

12-12:30 p.m. - Park in Area 3 lot, at SE corner of the arena - Give your name to the booth attendant at the gate

12:30 p.m. – Arrive at Griffins office (lobby entrance off alley) - Randy will greet you
•    Record group video interview with Bob Kaser, on the ice
•    Record individual video messages to fans, on the ice (20 seconds max., thanking the fans, sharing a quick memory, etc.)
•    Photo shoot with jersey number banners, on the ice

1:15 p.m. – Autograph items in Griffins conference room
•    30th anniversary posters for season ticket members (approx. 120 posters)
•    Several other items for various auctions

Time permitting – Casual visit with coaches and players in Griffins locker room

1:55 p.m. – Arrive at arena banquet rooms

2-3 p.m. – Photos/meet-and-greet with longtime Griffins season ticket members in arena banquet rooms

3 p.m. (or once meet-and-greet is finished) – Individual media interviews (scrums) in arena banquet rooms

Free time

3:55 p.m. – Arrive at hallway outside Griffins locker room

4:08 p.m. – Introduction on the ice / ceremonial puck drop

4:10 p.m. – Head to suite 316 to enjoy game
