PACKAGE FAQ
How do I get the paddle?
You have the option to get your pickleball paddle shipped for an additional $8, or you can pick it up at Van Andel Arena on June 13 (specific pickup details will be provided to all buyers). Note that all tickets will be electronically delivered to your online Griffins account.
Can we get more tickets to Opening Night?
Of course! You or Dad can use any of the eight FLEX vouchers in your package to get extra tickets for the Opening Night game, with all seats together. Just let us know that you want to use FLEX for Opening Night when you place your order.
How do you redeem FLEX for tickets?
Your FLEX vouchers will be accessible in your online Griffins account. Just log in, select your desired game or games, and the number of seats you want. The seating options available will be the best available at the time of redemption within the purchased price range, as specific seats are not guaranteed.
