Tuesday-Saturday: 11 AM to 4 PM
Sunday Game Day: 12 PM to end of the game*
Sunday Non-Game Day: CLOSED
*The Zone is open on game days from normal open time until 1 hour after game completion.

Van Andel Arena Box Office:
Open GAME DAYS ONLY beginning 90 minutes before game time until the end of the 1st period
