You'll have seats to all 36 regular-season home games, plus the first four home playoff games. If the Griffins do not qualify for the playoffs, FLEX tickets for the following season will be issued in their place.

No problem! As a Full Season Member, if you are unable to attend a regular-season home game, you have until the scheduled start time of that particular game to exchange your tickets for a new game date. In doing so, you can immediately select your seat location for the new game and can transfer those tickets to a friend, family member, co-worker, etc.
You also have the ability to re-exchange tickets you've previously exchanged. Want to exchange your tickets but are not yet ready to select a new game date? No problem! Simply exchange the season tickets you're not planning to use into the last game of your ticket plan so you'll remember where you parked them. That way, the tickets are there for you to re-exchange anytime you're ready to use them.

Of course! Monthly, equal installment payment plans that run through October 2022 are now available. Your first payment will be charged at the time of your purchase. The remaining payments will be processed by the Griffins ticket office on the first of each month thereafter.

You can, by adding a Premium Seat Licence (PSL) to your Griffins Season Ticket Membership. You'll then have guaranteed, pre-public access to purchase the best seats to the biggest concerts and shows at Van Andel Arena.

Yes! Along with the traditional benefits of Season Ticket Membership, your Business Edge membership will include:
- Business Concierge: Let your Griffins representative help you set up high-impact touchpoints when you have VIPs attending Griffins games. Simply let us know when your top customer or employee is attending, and we'll take care of the rest. In-seat souvenir deliveries, video board messages, and numerous in-game experiences are just a few of the ways we can excite and delight your guests.
- B2B Events: Join us for two in-season business events hosted by the Griffins and network with other West Michigan business executives.

You bet! As a Full Season Ticket Member, you'll automatically receive the first 4 home playoff games as part of your package. You also have the ability to retain your seats for the entire playoff run at a significant discount. More details will be proved during the final weeks of the regular season.
