While individual suite tickets are priced at $59, the Griffins offer a suite FLEX ticket program, giving you the flexibility to redeem discounted FLEX vouchers for as many suite tickets as you'd like for the games of your choice. For more information, please call (616) 774-4585 ext. 2
All ticket orders and suite flex ticket program redemption must be received by 3 PM on the day of the game for which you are requesting tickets. Please reach out to your rep if you submit a form after this deadline!
Only orders submitted by the authorized suite administrators will be accepted. We try to maintain a level of security and exclusivity for your suite to prevent unauthorized use of your without prior consent. Any other person requesting tickets for your suite must provide the suite administrator’s approval prior to the processing of any order. If there is a change of contact at your company please let us know!
**A reminder that all guests in your suite must have a valid ticket designated for the suite.
All game tickets are now managed digitally. Each suite holder's ticket contact will be the person who will receive tickets on their online account accessible at griffinshockey.com/account. If you have not logged into your online account yet, simply hit the FORGOT PASSWORD option to gain access with a new password.
From this account, once game tickets are available to you, you will be able to easily transfer tickets to your guests via mobile text message or by email. The recipient will receive a notification that you sent them tickets and they will be able to claim those tickets from their mobile device to save digitally in their mobile wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet).

Much like game tickets, your parking passes are now digital as well. You should now see two (2) passes per game for the city of Grand Rapids Area 2 parking lot accessible via Oakes Street directly behind the arena. For your convenience, parking passes for ALL regular-season home games, whether you have tickets or not, have been added to your account. If you share a suite, please work out transferring the parking passes amongst each other.
In order to use your parking pass, from your mobile device, you must add your pass to your mobile wallet just like you would a ticket. Then, a parking attendant will scan your mobile parking pass at the booth to allow entry into the parking lot.
