Thanks to the Grand Rapids Amateur Hockey Association (GRAHA), Michigan Amateur Hockey Association (MAHA), the Detroit Red Wings Foundation and USA Hockey, kids ages 4 to 9 can participate in a day of free hockey at Patterson Ice Arena.

All equipment and free instruction will be provided, along with a jersey. No experience is necessary, just come out and have fun!

"Try Hockey for Free" days will be hosted at Patterson Ice arena (2550 Patterson Ave. SE) on the following days;

Sunday, Jan. 9
