GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday recalled defenseman Ryan Sproul from the Grand Rapids Griffins.
In his first professional season, Sproul, 21, has made 53 appearances with Grand Rapids, earning 24 points (8-16—24), 32 penalty minutes and a plus-five rating.
