2025-26 Player in Review: Nick Andrews
Defenseman Nick Andrews skated in his rookie season and spent the majority of the time in the ECHL with the Toledo Walleye. With the Walleye, the 24-year-old notched 26 points (4-22—26), a plus-eight rating and 23 penalty minutes in 72 regular-season games, adding seven points (2-5—7), 10 penalty minutes and a plus-two rating in 12 playoff outings. He ranked among the team’s regular-season defensemen leaders in points (2nd), goals (T5th) and assists (2nd). Andrews then placed among the team’s playoff defensemen leaders in points (T1st), assists (2nd) and goals (T1st).
Andrews appeared in one game with the Griffins, making his AHL debut on March 7 at Cleveland.
