1 – A native of Huntington Beach, Calif., Loggins made his professional debut with the Griffins in familiar surroundings as he skated in his inaugural game on April 3 at Ontario. Loggins’ first pro goal would come a game later and also in his home state, banking Grand Rapids’ lone goal in a 3-1 defeat at San Jose on April 5.

2 – During his college career, Loggins was a two-time First Team All-WCHA selection in 2017-18 and 2018-19. As a junior in 2017-18, he tied for ninth nationally with 23 goals among 47 points in 43 games and led the country with 186 shots. As a senior, he again paced the nation with 155 shots while tying for second with 23 goals.

8 – Loggins is the eighth Northern Michigan Wildcat to play for the Griffins. He joins current teammate Dominik Shine along with Jared Coreau (Griffin from 2013-18), Joe Frederick (1998-99), Jim Jackson (2006-07), Kory Karlander (1998-00; 03-05; 07-08), Dieter Kochan (1999-00) and Erik Spady (2012-13). Loggins and Shine were teammates for two seasons (2015-17) while in Marquette. In 2016-17, Shine paced the Wildcats with 20 goals as a senior while the sophomore Loggins ranked third with 10. The duo combined to account for 32.3% of the team’s goal scoring that season.

23 – Loggins ranked as one of the NCAA’s leaders with 23 goals (T2nd), 10 power play goals (T1st), three shorthanded goals (T1st) and 155 shots (1st) during his senior year.

1991 – Loggins was named the WCHA Player of the Year in 2018-19, marking the first time a Northern Michigan Wildcat had been selected the top skater in the WCHA since Scott Beattie took home the WCHA MVP in 1990-91. Including all games, he ranked as one of the conference’s top scorers with 40 points (T5th), 23 goals (2nd), 18 power play points (6th), 10 power play goals (T1st) and three shorthanded goals (1st). In conference only games, he took home the WCHA scoring title with 32 points on a league-high 20 goals.

40 – Adding to his league accolades in 2018-19, Loggins was also named the WCHA Offensive Player of the Year after posting 40 points (23-17—40). He was also a two-time WCHA Forward of the Week honoree, taking home the award on Feb. 25 after finishing with five points (2-3—5) during a two-game sweep of then-No. 18 Lake Superior State and then again on March 4 after scoring five goals – including his first career hat trick – during a home-and-home sweep of rival Michigan Tech.

106 – Loggins posted 106 points (56-50—106), a plus-nine rating and 149 PIM in 136 games with Northern Michigan from 2015-19. Eighty-seven of his 106 points came during his junior (23-24—47) and senior years (23-17—40).
