Select Griffins players and coaches visit local restaurants each season to serve food and wait tables, with tips and proceeds benefiting the Griffins Youth Foundation. On Monday, Nov. 16, Peppino's once again host the event at four locations throughout West Michigan: Downtown Grand Rapids, Allendale, Jenison and Kentwood.

Over its 17 editions, Tip-A-Griffin has raised more than $128,000 for various local charities.
