The team will wear customized white with lavender Hockey Fights Cancer jerseys during their pregame skate in support of those affected by cancer. Lavender represents awareness for all forms of cancer.
Hockey Fights Cancer is an initiative founded in December 1998 by the National Hockey League and the National Hockey League Players' Association to raise money and awareness for hockey's most important fight.
