2019-20 Ticket FAQ
Below you will find information pertinent to the canceled games from the end of last season and what you can do with your tickets and vouchers. Most unused 2019-20 cancelled game tickets and vouchers are being made redeemable for select games during the 2021-22 season.

All single-game ticket purchasers for any of the final seven home games of the 2019-20 regular season should have already received a refund, appearing on their statement as from STAR TICKETS INC. If you have not yet received a refund, or have questions regarding refunds on CASH or CHECK purchases, please call our office at (616) 831-5931 or email customerservice@griffinshockey.com. Please have your tickets ready when you call so we can verify them.

For those still needing a refund on their cash transactions purchased in-person at The Zone or box office for any of the canceled games are asked to call our office at (616) 831-5931. Be sure to have ticket information ready for verification.

All tickets purchased through a resale site (e.g. StubHub, Seat Geek, Vivid Seats, etc.) are subject to the refund policy of the ticket marketplace. Please contact their customer service departments for more information.

Griffins Full and Partial season ticket members received an email from the team on May 11, 2020 regarding refund, redemption, and credit rollover options for the 2020-21 season. Any payments made toward the renewal of a 2020-21 membership were rolled over to the 2021-22 season.

Yes, Griffins Full Season and 20-Game members season ticket members can exchange any unused/unscanned season tickets from the 2019-20 season for the Griffins October or November home games of their choice (excluding Oct. 15) during the 2021-22 season. We are giving you seven games to choose from; the same amount of games that were canceled during the 2019-20 season. This opportunity is also applied toward any exchanged unused Full Season or 20-Game Plan tickets for one of the seven 2019-20 regular-season games that were canceled.
Here's how it works: Gather up your unused 2019-20 Full Season or 20-Game Plan tickets and bring them to Van Andel Arena:- On September 3 from 11 am-2 pm or September 8 from 3-5:30 pm, with exchanges taking place inside the arena's West Lounge, located off Ottawa Ave just south of The Zone entrance and across from Weston Ave. Both dates offer you the chance to make your unused ticket exchange before the single-game online ticket on-sale that starts on September 10.
- Beginning September 17 at The Zone during their regular business hours
Please note that if you have any unused 2019-20 FLEX vouchers or March 11 Winning Wednesday tickets, those can be exchanged at the same time as your unused tickets. And like all unused ticket exchanges, the seats you receive will be based on availability at the time of your exchange. Please contact your Griffins rep with any questions.

Yes, Griffins FLEX ticket customers have an opportunity to exchange any unused FLEX ticket vouchers from the 2019-20 season for the Griffins October or November home games of their choice (excluding Oct. 15) during the 2021-22 season. We are giving you seven games to choose from - the same amount of games that were canceled during the 2019-20 season.

Gather up your unused 2019-20 FLEX vouchers, or tickets to a 2019-20 canceled game that had originated from a FLEX voucher exchange, and bring them to Van Andel Arena:- On September 3 from 11 am-2 pm or September 8 from 3-5:30 pm. For those who had FLEX tickets on file with their Griffins rep, please call 616.774.4585 ext. 2 or email customerservice@griffinshockey.com. We will place you in contact with your new Griffins rep who will assist you with redemption.
Also, note that if you have any March 11 Winning Wednesday tickets, those can be exchanged at the same time as your unused FLEX vouchers. And like all FLEX ticket voucher exchanges, the seats you receive will be based on availability at the time of your exchange.

Yes, bring your March 11 or 25 ticket(s) to Van Andel Arena:

All exchanges will be made for our game on October 27, our first Wednesday home game of the 2021-22 season.

Group leaders who coordinated their group's ticket purchase for any of the final seven home games of the 2019-20 regular season should have already been contacted by their Griffins rep regarding refund/credit options. If you are a Group Leader, please email your Griffins rep if you have any questions or have not yet been contacted. If you purchased tickets from or as part of an organized group outing through the Griffins, please contact the person you purchased the tickets from.

Reading Goals, and all ticket/voucher-based promotions will resume for the 2021-22 season, with information released on the Griffins website at a later date.
