2008-09: Appeared in 48 games with Zvolen during his first season in Slovakia’s ExtraLiga, recording 15 points (7-8—15) and 20 penalty minutes…Tallied eight points (5-3—8) and four PIM through 13 playoff contests…Led Slovakia to a fourth-place finish at the World Junior Championship, leading his team and tying for fourth overall in the tournament with 11 points (7-4—11) in seven outings…His seven goals during the tournament placed second only to Russia’s Nikita Filatov. 2007-08: While playing for Dukla Trencin’s junior squad, he racked up 76 points (41-35—76) in just 42 games while setting a personal best for goals. 2006-07: Set career highs with 44 assists and 77 points in 48 games for Dukla Trencin in Slovakia’s under-18 circuit.
