Rob Snitzer

Medical Therapist

Biography:

The man responsible for the physical health and well-being of all Griffins players, Rob Snitzer commences his 14th season with the organization. Before coming to Grand Rapids, he served with the AHL’s Prince Edward Island Senators from 1993-96.

Snitzer, who works with team doctors to direct the rehabilitation of injured players, also served as therapy consultant for the AFL’s Grand Rapids Rampage during that team’s inaugural 1998 season.

A Montreal native who holds degrees from Vanier College and Sheridan College, Snitzer has also worked with the AHL’s Moncton Hawks and the St. Michael’s Buzzers Jr. “B” club, as well as the Montreal Junior Concordes and McGill University football teams.

He and his wife, Margo, make their home in Kentwood with their children, Mallory and Wyatt.
